No, sorry I'm not actually going anywhere.
I've just been so busy with work lately. I've been booked with custom quilt orders since last October. My last custom quilt is in the wash right now and will be shipped out tomorrow. After that I am takinga vacation from sewing for a week.
And yes I do try to get weekends off, key word being *try*. Saturday mornings are spent shopping for fabric/thread/supplies and Sunday I do really try to not work on stuff, but eventually I give in due to boredom/well I can finish early/do less work on Mondays/weird logic.
But I know I need to take a break before I start hating fabric. So I'm making a concentrated effort to avoid the sewing machine for a week.
