      Even if he is not eligible for a "terror" charge, it's still a form of Assault (making threats); Aggravated if he actually has a weapon on hie person (viewable or not)

        In some states it's aggravated if the person being threatened simply believes that the person doing the threatening has a weapon, regardless of if he has one or not.
        At the conclusion of an Irish wedding, the priest said "Everybody please hug the person who has made your life worth living. The bartender was nearly crushed to death.
