Plastic Bags and Stupid Rich Entitled People who don't deserve them

Over here non-biodegradable plastic bags are illegal (the thicker plastic bags used in the higher end department stores, fashion stores etc are still legal though). This means the vast majority of stores charge for biodegradable bags, which a) encourages the reusing of bags and b) makes you question if you really need a bag.

And in case "A", it's "bag roulette", as in "is this the trip where the bag will have degraded enough to fall apart and dump my purchases on the ground?".
