I posted maybe 2 weeks ago that my store has recently got a new store manager. (This manager I have realized has no back bone whatso ever and will cave to all customers no matter how ridiculous.) The old manager may have been useless but he was able to manage the store and got shit done. With the new SM recovery isn't being done and no one is taking responsibility for their actions. Doing morning freight is such a headache since we have to clean our section just to put out freight.
As my title says my store went for a year with no complaints with the old SM. In the short period of time that the new SM has been at store we've had 4 complaints. None that have to do with him specifically but I think thats pretty bad.
