After doing some investigating on Youtube (and after finding out that this was even actually a thing), I have decided to give Zumba a try. There's an entire list of search results for wheelchair Zumba videos on Youtube, and I've read a few stories of people in wheelchairs who lost weight and had overall health improvement from doing it.
Has anyone here done Zumba and would you recommend it?
