I work in Software in an Agile environment. However, we use SCRUM, but I've heard VERY good things about Kanban.
My wife and I have been thinking about implementing a Kanban system for our son, and I was thinking of doing one for myself, to keep me more organized at home.
Maybe then I can actually finish projects I start.
So, have any of you ever used Kanban (or, more specifically, a Kanban board) in a personal capacity? How did you like it? How did you set up your board? Was it successful for you?
