    It's all there, in black and white, clear as crystal!!!

    Don't you think if someone agrees to something that will have them paying back a few hundred thousand over 30 years, they would, oh, I dunno, make sure they READ and UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY'RE SIGNING!!?!?!

    Customer calls and says her interest rate on her mortgage keeps going up every month, and "that isn't right!" I call up her promissory note, and it states that exact condition. She starts yelling she's going to the TV, the newspapers, blah blah blah.

    Uh huh. "I didn't read what I was signing! They took ADVANTAGE of that!!! I wanna go in the WAAAHMBULANCE!!! I want CHEESE with my whine!!!"
