This has got to be the best thing I've seen in a long time...it's like a support group, for people who have the gift of being trapped in some manner of customer-facing job, and I must say, this is better than a meeting.
I've been a CSR for a much-too-large cellular company for 2 1/4 years now (during which I've aged about 4 1/2), after coming off of two years in retail...the only two jobs I've ever had (yes, I am quite young).
I look forward to reading more of the various tales from the front lines, and contributing some of my own in the future.
