Hiya... short time enjoyer of all this customer suckiness and retail warfare. I was hoping to find a FAQ that had all the abbreviations used on the site... like PFB? I appreciate it when the stories have a key to the players' abbreviations at the start, and also like when the setting is listed (restaurant, bar, fabric store, library, Wally World, etc) to put the message in context. I have occasionally run across a post that gets into jargon specific to a particular employment situation, and that can be frustrating to decipher, but overall I enjoy the site very much, especially the heroic stories where a Sucky Customer gets served some righteous retribution, or at least some well-deserved comeuppance. Thanks for all the hard work and sharing of your less-than-perfect situations.
