    Heyo, new dude.

    My sister recommended me this site after yet another round of complaints about the entitled snarkbait I deal with working for the Red Checkmark. So I decided I'd come and check it out and vent about some of the crap.

    (I am, in fact, a dude. "Sugarpuff" is the sarcastic name that I want to give to customers who obviously hate me at the end of a call and are asking for my name so they can complain about me later. Haven't done it yet. Give me time.)
