  • Hello!

    Hi all,

My retail experience largely comes from my 2 years, 2 months at a discout retail store (hint: I was worked to the "maxx", but got paid little above minimum.) My first store in BFE Arkansas wasn't bad, and I was promoted to Administrative Coordinator (the money lady). But, basically, I was cross-trained all over the place and did a little of everything. Then I moved to a large city in the Midwest to go to grad school, and picked up a part-time spot at a nearby store. The suckitude soared.

Now I work for the university. I'm the assitant for the Administrative Assistant of a department of the business college. Basically, I make copies, run random errands, and help different professors with various projects. The faculty are cool, my boss is AMAZING, and there is very little work-related aggravation in my life. But occasionally a student will come in and rain on my GRA parade. (GRA = Graduate Research Assistantship)
