Where do I submit a new smiley?

There is some smiles, that we need gone and others to be brought in.

Do you actually have an opinion regarding which smilies need to be removed and which ones need to be added?

It would be much more helpful if that information had been included in your suggestion, rather than posting something that comes off as an order without any clear constructive comment.

You do realise that deleting smilies may make some older posts look wierd, right? Fancy telling us which ones should go and how few posts they're in?
