I think the SUV (4 Wheel means SUV, yes?) also has something to do with it. Somebody manage to embed an SUV sideways in one of the houses near here, and that's not totally fixed yet, either, and it's been 9 or 10 months. I imagine it takes a bit longer when someone was killed.

As for that bitch, she needs a liberal application of the clue bat.

The damage was pretty extreme, it was extremely "lucky" that the receptionist was the only to die. The car went basically through the entire office!

@Imprl59: I am pretty sure its because the office was badly damaged. I mentioned the receptionist in the call because everyone in the area remembers the story (it was on the national news) and usually goes "oh" and understands.

What was probably worse was around the time of the accident a lot of the customers of that office complained about the service they were receiving...
