I went back to the Dr today and it was decided that as long as I do not break out in hives or have another reaction in the next three weeks then I do not have to go through allergy testing. It is thought that the reactions were in fact due to the new cardiac meds that I had started a couple of weeks ago.
They are concerened that a couple of my blood tests were off a little, but seem to think it was due to the reaction I was having and my natural immune system trying to fight the toxins in my system. I will go in for repeat labs in a couple of weeks to check to make sure the levels have came back to normal.
