Clearing negative energy

Orgonite purchased, along with a piece of rose quartz. The rose quartz heated up mightily when I held it in my hand, but when I held it against places of contained tension in my arm and shoulder, it felt cooler. When I took it off each place, that place also felt cool.

I held it against my throat and my forehead, at the chakra points, and felt a distinct pulling sensation each time. The throat was stronger, and I had to take it away because I started to feel that I would gag. What on earth is stored in me?

What you probably experienced was a releasing of energy blockage. If you repress yourself in those areas enough (on purpose or not), the energy gets 'stuck'. By using a crystal in those areas, you're essentially pulling the cork off the wine bottle, so to speak. The gagging sensation is most likely a result of all the energy welling up. That means you're doing well, though! It takes me a few tries to pull a cork out if I don't treat myself well enough.
