So called the specialist to try to get in earlier. Was told "Sorry we don't have any spots. If you are concerned, please go to the ER." The same ER that asks me "What do you want me to do for you." Yeah...

So what you do is call your GP and tell them; I NEED TO GET TO A DOC FOR THIS SHIT NAO! And see if doc can push you. And/or call the specialist back and start pressing. "I can't see. My brain fog is thick. I ..name...you..app..ad..appointment! WAITING LIST!"

Good thoughts and prayers are yours for the asking. Here's hoping the docs get moving sooner rather than later so you can get this all behind you.

So..as of the 1st because I was not found 'sick enough' I lose my medical card. The single thing that has been paying the huge doctor bills. I've filed an appeal, but am not sure if I will keep it until the hearing or not. So in other words..I am boned.

Remember that fed medicaid /medicare coverage does not end until the last day of the month. So April 1st, you're gonna be hurting. Today and rest of this month? You're covered. Call the docs TODAY and state this issue. Again, press and push for yourself. If you can be seen this week and get meds, you will have some progress.
Also- low income families/households have access to meds straight from the mfg. It takes paperwork and doc signatures, (get it done TODAY, if you have meds) but you can be covered.
