The automatic doors at the front of our store were broken today, and we had technicians in to fix them.
The techs were on site for about 2 hours. The doors were open most of the time, the techs only closed them for short periods when absolutely necessary. During this time we had signs on the doors "DOORS BROKEN, THEY DO NOT OPEN AUTOMATICALLY", and we had the the techs themselves who were happy enough to open the doors by hand if needed.
At least 6 SC's still managed to walk into the door, nose on glass, funny look on face
Only 1 became sucky instead of stupid when he complained, though he did complain to a staff member from the store next door instead of in our store.
I have been at this store for 6 months and only seen one bird fly into the doors.
