I'm from Perth, Australia and came here from The Devil's Panties. 
I haven't worked in retail myself, unless fast-food counts, but I do love hearing about all the SC's that get their comeuppances. I'm loving the site, and plan to read as much of it as I can.
And for those in retail, thanks for putting up with the idiots, so that at least the good customers like myself can have some decent server. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
