My name is Kristin, just wanted to pop in and say hello. I recently have wandered over from stfuparents to your wonderful site. As a current teacher/former customer service worker, both sites are now very near and dear to my heart.

Though I don't currently have any good customer service stories (unless you count entitled children/parents...), I have a safety deposit box of 10+ years worth of SC gold stored up. Thanks for the site, I hope to contribute!
