You know, I kinda like call center work....I mean this is my first job where I have a desk. Moving up in the world! It is better than retail, anyway, and I actually get to use my brain and have to think through issues and figure out how to solve them.

It is the SC that makes it suck...that and when people are out of meds and there is literally nothing you can do for them, or they can't afford their meds.
