  • Y'know....

if I have to trade a Rose Bowl victory for a Super Bowl victory, I'll do it anyway.

What a run. What a game. Congratulations to the Steelers for one hell of a fight, and congrats to the Packers for a season I'll never forget.

If I didn't have to work Tuesday I'd be looking for any way possible to get up to Lambeau for the welcome back celebration.

Also, I don't care if I sleep tonight or not.

ETA: How could I forget: thanks for the job security! In the two weeks before the Super Bowl we got $75,000 of sales of Packers merchandise we wouldn't have otherwise had. I can only imagine what it's going to be now.

it was a great game with a few OHHHHHH SHIT KEEP IT TOGETHER AND DO NOT BLOW THIS GAME moments.

Unfortueately I will not be able to go to any victory rally Monday (other committed plans) or Tuesday (supply truck)

I have never been a sports fan myself, but the game was on the TV (despite my preference otherwise). While it was a decent game, no offense to the Packers but I think that even though they won..they might want to go hide their head in shame. Blowing a 18 pt lead is .. wow.

Yes they won, but with that big of a lead it was really odd that the score was as close as it was.

In all fairness, the Packers have had a long running habbit since the Favre days of nearly throwing away the game (a lot of times throwing away the game) when they get really ahead.

But, blowout Superbowls aren't that great, anyway. It was the two best teams duking it out. And it was a damn good game.

Green Bay should have had the game won long before the end and shouldn't have had to stop the Steelers from trying to score to win the game, but still, a win is a win!

While I wasn't happy with the results, it was an extremely fun game to watch.
