Guy comes up to me and says "I want to buy this, this and this". Ugh. I hate these because you never get a chance to sell the things you need to, anyway this conversation takes place.

Me: OK, how soon do you need these items?
SC: ASAP We are moving in tomorrow
Me: Oh really, what time? *I don't actually care*
SC: In the morning so can I pick a timeslot?
Me: Yes you can I have *timeslots* available and can get it to you tomorrow for £24
SC: Isn't it free?
Me: No we charge for next day service.
SC: Ok I'll leave it.

That conversation wasn't as suck but then, not three seconds after walking away "Can I speak to a manager?"

I go and get the MOD who I am very good friends with and so can vent a little in front of.

SC: Why am I being charged for delivery when it says there *points to nothing* free delivery.
MOD: That's after 14 days we offer a free service
SC: WHY WAS I NEVER OFFERED THAT
Me (abruptly) Because you said you wanted it ASAP
SC: Come on!, I made it clear I wanted free delivery...

At this point the MOD walked away and I just processed his sale. But no, you did not make it clear in any way shape or form you ....numpty (I am trying not to swear - I swear too much)
