Just pointing out some of the issues with a BIG business. Also, for the last two years, Mom's been complaining because the IRS (and mainly due to congress) hasn't gotten the rules laid down until the W-2 have been sent. It makes training people hard when you don't know what the rules will be.

SO very very true!! I have 2 ppl we are training and we are stuck twiddling our thumbs.
