    RIP Monty Oum

    Monty Oum was a self-taught animator who was hired by Rooster Teeth to help them make episodes of their flagship series Red vs Blue and was the creator of their original series RWBY.

    Monty passed away yesterday after being hospitalized for a severe allergic reaction.

    RIP, Monty, you amazingly talented bastard.

      Nice article in the NY Times about Monty. Nice obituary.

      It also addresses the fears some fans had, which is that Rooster Teeth still intends to continue and expand RWBY.
