I got me a new idiot this week. Hooray.


I'm sitting at the computer, running the karaoke, very very busy as we had a ton of singers. Idiot Boy walks up and gets the song book, rifles through it for a few, and comes back.

IB: Don't you have any George Strait in here?
Me: Yup.
IB: I can't find it. What's it under?
Me: Strait
IB: Ohhhhhhhh.

So he takes off with the book again. A few minutes later:

IB: I can't find George Strait in here anywhere.

I take the book, turn to the S section, and lo and behold, there's a whole damn page of George Strait. I point this out.

IB: Oh. Well, do you have The Chair?
Me: annoyed Mmmm hmmm.

I put the song in for him. He takes off with the book again. Minutes later:

IB: I can't find Prince in here anywhere. What's it under?
Me: Thinking seriously? Um, it's under Prince.
IB: Oh.

And again:

IB: What's Green Day under? I can't find it in here!!

And Daisy beats her head on the karaoke equipment.
