Scammy McScammerson Call Center is closing

Some folks might remember me talking about my last job at the scammy call center.

From what I have been told recently, the office I worked at back in February and March will be closing soon. And to that, I say HOO-fucking-RAY! I don't know why they closed down (but I will try and find out), but I'm thrilled that this scammy shitball of a company has lost its grip a little.

I'm sorry for the folks who lost their jobs there (when I was still there in March, I was told the office would be filled to capacity with 50 employees), and I hope for the best for them. Except for my boss - fucking useless slag. There's a lot I would love to say I hope happens to her, but I know much of it would be considered fratching, so I'll just say I hope the worst befalls her if it has not already. Knowing this rotten little skank is suffering is what really makes me happy as a damn lark.

Yikes. Sounds a lot like where I'm working now. (I'm a file clerk, not a salesperson, but the company policies sound very similar.) I'm looking for a new job too; unfortunately, there are far too many companies like this out there, and the trick is finding one NOT like this!

I remember hearing your stories from that place. I was also unaware that you found a new job. Congratulations on that. What kind of work are you doing now?

Oh no, I haven't found a new job yet. I have only had time to apply to a couple places because I've been doing assloads of homework since I got back from school in the middle of April (how they expect people to do 5-6 or more projects while having jobs and lives is beyond me).

I also found an online "magazine" that has written about the company before and they said they would consider letting me write more from the employee's perspective and further "out" this scammy place. In the meantime, I occasionally offer information on how to avoid this company on places like Scam Informer and Complaints Board.
