Apparently someone prank called us at work (imagine that). Its definitely happened before but this is the first time it was put on YouTube. I actually know the first girl he talked to (I almost thought it was me-sadly we're so brainwashed we apparently all speak alike for fear of offending anyone). was hoping the prank call would at least end in a sale. but really it kinda wastes their time. -
It was pretty stupid. Apparently our legal dept tried to get involved since we don't allow recordings but since its labeled a prank call they can't. I actually think our CSRs did a good job. Also that call is from 2008.Comment
