SC's happen, it's true. But just once, I wish someone would stand up for me when I am getting cursed out by a SC. Every time a SC leaves, having just screamed terrible profanities at me, a customer will pop their head up from behind a bookshelf and say something like "Gee that guy was mad huh?" or "Wow did she really say that?" It does help soothe the anger a little, but what I wish is that that person stood up about five seconds before and said something then. I know it's none of their business or responsibility. It would just be nice I guess. Sigh.
