I'm back too. It's been several years since I've been here so I have alot of catching up to do in the realm of customer stupidity. I have been away from customer service jobs for several years and have been working in a factory but now I am a route driver for a soda distributor so I am beginning to get some stories of stupid customers and idiots. I'll post them soon.
