Found a great T-shirt at a yard sale yesterday for $5! Still in great shape, and the design?

(Yes, I know the Fourth Doctor had brown hair & coat, not blue! I don't know why they colored it the way they did. Still, great artwork!)

It's likely colored that way to keep each character monochrome and focus more attention on the scarves. And, really, if you're going to get picky about colors, the Doctor's scarf is far too bland - it's missing the purple, for one.

Still, a neat shirt.
