Sounds like these two, who are coincidentally unemployed, have found a way to make money and score freebies. Look how many complaints they filed against that store. If it was really that bad, why would they keep shopping there? Scammers.

I'm going to have to look for follow up on this when I get home from work. It says they won the court case against the transit company but they are appealing because the award from the court wasn't enough?

And they're not 'difficult' because they don't agree?
