They aren't harrassing me; she just took the opportunity. I have made a payment arrangement with another provider, and that's all I can do right now. This hospital is just going to have to wait. I've tried to tell them what I was willing to pay months ago and they wouldn't accept it, so I am paying off my primary care first. It sucks that the providers have to go through this, but our healthcare system sucks.
