A few weeks back I dealt with a guy who took an hour and 15 minutes to figure out how to run our program as an admin in Windows 7 which he needed to do to activate. [Thanks, Microsoft!]
And he was nasty about it the whole time. In his defense he had low vision so seeing the screen was hard for him. In his offense he had both a screen magnifier AND a screen reader (which I could hear babbling in the background so I know it was working) but refused to actually USE them to help him see/hear what was on his screen.
Gads, it was awful. Anyway during the whole ordeal he'd make remarks about how "the boys" (meaning Carl and Eugene) were so much more competent than I was.
And then he came out with this gem, "If weren't for this nonsense you wouldn't even have a job!"
I couldn't help but giggle because he was right. He just wasn't right in the way he thought he was right.
