    Good to know...

    When attempting to stay awake and get some work done, it is not advisable to eat a large turkey dinner for lunch.

              I'm awake, I'm awake!

              Made it through the day, through my counseling session (barely), through 3 bits of driving on the freeway, and through a trip to Lush...which actually woke me up a bit...

              Gotta try to actually get some sleep tonight...
