    Just had a walkin guest grumpy because my computers rate wasn't what the website offered. Here is an idea if you are going to the trouble of looking it up online the book it online.

    I changed the rate to what the website offered because well at 11pm a sale is a sale. But it is just frustrating.

    I am probably moee annoyed because I haven't done ny reception training yet so I had to fumble throguh the booking and it was embassing and unprofessional looking.

    Yes, but IMO a grumpy customer brings this on themselves. If this person had come in acting nice, you possibly wouldn't have been as flustered, and the whole experience would have been improved. But customers don't think that way. I nearly never have a bad experience in a store, because I never act like a toddler at bedtime.
    Replace anger management with stupidity management.
