Let's face it, the customers from whom such a threat would actually hold any weight -- i.e., large businesses -- would have gone straight to a bank manager or "personal account specialist" if things had really gotten that bad anyway. Most people don't seem to realize it, but we regular hoomin bank customers are the price banks pay that allow them to open their doors and service their REAL customers. That's just how it works, and there's nothing wrong with that If it weren't for the huge business accounts, the banks wouldn't be offering much of any service to the rest of us. It's simply business.
*In bank parlance, a "customer" is someone who has an account with the bank. Everyone else is a "consumer." Not that this makes any sense.
