Fellow Minecrafters, to me! Please?

Resonant Rise is being weird. On my singleplayer world, I keep getting the following message:

“Forge Mod Loader detected that the backup level.dat is being used. This may happen due to a bug or corruption, continuing can damage your world beyond repair.”

What the flippin’ heck does this mean and how do I fix it? I would rather not have to reinstall the instance because it took an hour just to find a good place to build my house, then another 6 to actually build the house.

I'd recommend zipping up your world folder as a backup (users/<you>/appdata/roaming/.minecraft/saves/<worldname>), then deleting level.dat and copying level.dat_old over it.
