  • Our window exploded, language

So our Jeep's window has been off its track for awhile. It won't move much. Pressing up and down doesn't move it more than a fraction of an inch.

Today I nudged it a bit to get it to go up. No biggie, right? Then when we get out of the car, and shut the door..

    THE WINDOW FUCKING EXPLODES.

It shattered into a thousand pieces.

    So, yeah. That happened.

Thank goodness no one was in the jeep when the window exploded. Talk about avoiding horrific injuries.

Sucks that the window is broken, but that could have been loads worse.

I had my back window in my first car semi-explode.

My car was sitting in my work parking lot during an early summer day. I came out in the afternoon and found glass all over my backseat, the trunk and the ground. I had my front window cracked open to allow some air circulation but the sun must have been really intense that day.
I'm lost without a paddle and headed up SH*T creek.

We tried covering the window with plastic for the drive home and boy what a nightmare that was. Imagine the sound of a crumpling paper bag...

        For 50 FUCKING MILES.

look on the bright side...when you get the window replaced, you won't have the problem of the window being off its' track anymore
