That's what I don't understand - if the assholes are allowed to dish this $h!t out 24-7 without getting in trouble, how come everyone else does get in trouble for it?

I have no idea why. I can only assume that after a certain period of time, everyone gets lumped into certain categories, and if you're in a work enviornment with lazy and pussy enough management, you'll end up with the most worthless people being in charge and able to talk trash, and the hardest working and best people never, ever allowed to be upset or talk back.
