and under the actual rates section, part of the fine print:

you have to be nice to other members and staff
"each time you ask for a better rate, your enrollment fee goes up $5"
VIP membership
"to be eligible to be treated like a VIP, you must treat others as VIPs"

they also have an alarm for the staff to utilize if someone is violating a rule, to prevent them from intimidating staff(see cement head alarm)

I think this guy is super funny!! I really wish he had a gym here in SD, I would certainly join! I know I desperately need exercise but I am too intimidated to actually join a gym, but if he ever starts one here I would definately join! He sounds like a no nonsense type of person! If more business owners thought like him then maybe we would have less SC!!

Agreed! I'd join that gym if they opened one here. Alas, all locations are too many states away.
