    I kind of play based on the odds. If the dealer is showing 7 through A, I assume the worst and will hit if I am below 17. Although 7 and 2 are tricky for me. More often than not, I will see the 7 paired with 9 or lower. And 2 is usually paired with a 9 or lower. I never take insurance, split 10's or 9's. 10's you rarely improve on and more often than not, put yourself in a worse position than 20. 9's are the same way.
