I found this link, (which saves me alot of typing time) on how to deal with crappy users or patrons as they are called.

It has all the good stuff, dealing with homeless people, emotionally distubed people and even criminals.
Its brilliant. The best part of it seems that the management realise there are nutters walking around and support the staff!

Gracious! It's clear, concise, and consistant! Such a directive would NEVER be issued at my library
