    ...I just made a flight reservation for Richard Blais from Top Chef.

      It's been quite a day here...we also booked for the major actor in Taxi Driver and Little Fockers and his family today.

      He's got some....interesting...travel requests.

            I can understand being a little starstruck if you had actually talked to Blais, but simply for making this travel reservations?

                  Hey,we all like a Brush with Fame now & then...

                  I've played with Sonny West at the Clovis Music Festival & with the Hager Twins,had dinner with Roy Burns,met my former teacher's teacher,the great Louis Bellson.

                  When I told Louie I'd studied under Skip I got a lesson in the meaning of Class: "Well if you did then you must be a pretty good drummer".

                  I'm tellin' ya folks,thats Class,that was a compliment to both me & his former student who was my teacher,Louie had my utmost respect & admiration.
