Hopefully (not just in your threads, but in ANYones) when we type out what a SC says, that if it looks innocent enough on the screen, there was a tone, or a face, or an attitude to go with it that made it sucky and our fellow CSers know that inherently. I certainly assumed it in regards to the Michiganer, but thought that lack of geographical knowledge probably wasn't as big a deal as his attitude.

All that's moot though - above and beyond being amusing, sharing and venting is what CS is all about and all of you call centerers have my deepest sympathies. I know how rude and trivial people can be to my face; I can imagine what they're like over the phone. yecch! Considering that, please vent away.

I can begin reapplying a cat or two if you so wish. However, if I do, please do not link me or pm me hundreds of pictures and/or sites of said cats because I assure you I already know of all of them. =p hehe. Thats what happened last time. I was flooded with cat pics/links.

Apparently we're getting some order line for some con artist fake psychic soon too and we're not too happy about it. It seems like they're going to give him a chance but I can't see the account lasting for long. We've dropped scammer type companies in the past.

Why don't we give your con artist fake psychic a short test first? All he has to do is work the cigarette counter, providing each customer with the correct pack of smokes on the first try. If he can do that for a couple of hours, he's the real thing.

Actually he's quite well known and already debunked several times as a total fraud. I'm not sure he's even allowed in the states anymore so he came up here. >.>
