Sometimes I have to (unfortunately) answer e-mails. I organise my own miniature helpdesk with my boss. My company offers subscription to various mobile services (think horoscopes, traffic information, etc).

E-mail I received:

Webform from support page:

name = mark

Hi.
Can you please cancel all of my subscriptions? Thanks.

My response:

Hello Mark,

We've cancelled your subscription to our Real Madrid alert service. You have no other subscriptions activated on your number.

question = Thanks you guys for checking for me that I'm not subscribed to anything at the moment. Thanks so much. I have another question though. Just to be sure, can you check for me if I'm subscribed to anything? Thanks for doing this, you guys are great.

Hello Marc,

Considering we've already checked that you do not have any running subscriptions with our company, and you've thanked us for doing so in your e-mail, we won't be checking this again.

We advise you to contact your provider.
