Hey at least they didn't hack into the police radio and play it. Someone did that in Philadelphia in either 2000 or 2001. ( I remember the news reporting it.)

Police also said that she couldn't have heard the music and the DJ said it was requested. So who was worse the dj for playing a request or the people requesting it?

I wonder if the DJ knew the whole situation before he put the song on. Or did someone just call and request it and he didn't know why right away...I think whoever called and requested it just because they were being held up in traffic is even more heartless..
