Today we got an irritated call from a woman demanding a price quote. She claims that she asked for the quote yesterday, and has been waiting. Then she started complaining that we need to do better, and how Triangle A (Named changed) is risking her patronage.
Now here is the problem. We aren't Triangle A. In fact, we announce out name when we answer the phone. He response "Aren't you the same company?" No ditz, we are a distributor (amongst other things) but we are not even remotely the same company.
So we send her off to Square A. We call them later to see what it was all about. Apparently she never called them in the first place either.
