Ah introductions, where to begin; I started off in retail at a place I'll just call "The Greens." Somehow I managed to keep my sanity working retail for six years at the same store, at my first job no less. Nowadays I'm in foodservice and have been at it for about five years. Sometimes I pine for the old days of retail where the impersonal problems (in relation to merchandise) were handled with customers leaving satisfied. Alas, I suppose there will always be brainless/mannerless/etc. sc's out there.
