Yeah, and I'm sure the twerp will use this again, if he hasn't already made a habit out of it, precisely because of this. Unfortunately, when somebody decides to argue about a parking fee, in a parking garage, there's not much in the way of alternatives to let other customers get out while twerps argue over what they owe.

Strange...I would have figured your company would have a plan for that. Something like:
Option #1 Have the arguing person pull off to the side.
Or if they won't do that...
Option #2 Have the police and a tow truck remove him.
