WHY did she worry about pleasing that "lady"? She's throwing a shit fit, verbally abusing the greeter and the cashier because the door alarm went off on her (as it does practically EVERY FIVE MINUTES, for Pete's sake), and the front end supervisor is scurrying around trying to please her and settle her down, rather than telling her to GET THE *$@# out of the store! Really, tell her to get her ass out!! Oh, but as she told me in the original story of this thread, "The customer is always right!!" What a joke.
